After having practiced for 23 years, he had the opportunity to work with many different types of people in all areas of law. As a result of this experience, he has a good understanding of the challenges that the client may be facing.

He graduated from the University and was called to the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) in 2003. Furthermore, he has been the Chief of PERADI Denpasar Branch since 2016 till now. He has worked in his own practice since 1996. 

He spent a great deal of time in court, in any legal matters. 

As he reflects back on his training and experience so far, he can say without hesitation that it’s been an exciting and rewarding journey. He thinks of the many diverse people he has had the ability to represent and to work with. Their experiences have added to his experience and have allowed him to continue to grow as a lawyer and as a person.

His passion for finding solutions for people is what has fueled the growth of the firm. He is now joined by a number of talented and equally passionate colleagues who all share the same philosophy – he will use the tools necessary to get the clients to a better place whether it be litigation, negotiation or some form of alternative dispute resolution but he will do it in a way that ensures the process is client-centered.

He knows that law will continue to change and the team must change with it. The team is open to accepting that change and we now accept legal coaching retainers so that we can also help people who don’t want to fully retain a lawyer but need guidance in navigating their way through a legal settlement. We also embrace summary processes that are available in the alternate dispute resolution realm and which allow us to deal with disputes more quickly and efficiently.

The lawyer who you select should be someone who you trust and feel comfortable working with. As important as background and training are, it won’t matter if you don’t find the right fit for you.
